Text message consent

Streich Force Enterprises sends text messages through SF Ops, our work management system, to two groups of people:

Both are operational messages about work in progress. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to anyone.

If you work for or with us
  • A text when a work order is assigned to you.
  • The work order number, the Client Job #, the store and its street address.
  • The scheduled date and the client deadline.
  • A short summary of the scope of work, and a link to the full job in SF Ops.

If you are a customer or site contact
  • A text confirming an appointment at your site, and if the visit is rescheduled or cancelled.
  • A text when work at your site is completed, or is put on hold and delayed.
  • A text when a quote is ready for your review, or a decision on one is recorded.
  • A text when a cost approval is needed above the amount already authorized.
  • Each one names the site and the job, and links to the full detail.
